Jimmie Bones

Jimmie Bones is the rootsy blues and soul influenced piano and organ player in Kid Rock's Twisted Brown Trucker Band. The two met while Kid Rock was recording "Early Mornin Stoned Pimp" in 1995. Rock asked Bones to do some piano tracks while Bones was recording with Robert Bradley's Blackwater Surprise in the adjacent studio. Eventually Bones became Rock's full time keyboardist contributing backing vocals and harmonica as well as co-writing credits with Kid Rock and Uncle Kracker. In 2004 Jimmie Bones contributed heavily as a co writer and session musician on the critically acclaimed R. L. Burnside release 'A Bothered Mind'. Jimmie Bones has also recorded with Hank Williams Jr. Bob Seger, Sheryl Crow, Billy Gibbons, Beth Hart, Dick Wagner, Shannon Curfman, Howling Diablos, The Royal Blackbirds, Ty Stone, Horse Cave Trio, and Dave Edwards to name only a few.

I love the tone and easy break in of these models. The Rocket also offers that extra volume I need with the band.

HOHNER is the only harmonica I have ever played. Absolutely the best.
