Jim Hoke


Jim Hoke, unique multi-instrumentalist/arranger/composer and multiple nominee and winner of Nashville Music Awards, works at a level of musicianship where taste and expression transcend stylistic boundaries. Jim has recorded and performed with Emmylou Harris, NRBQ, Yo Le Tengo, Alan Jackson, Miranda Lambert, Bob Seger, Toby Keith, Bonnie Raitt, Guster, Kings of Leon, Dolly Parton, Aaron Neville, Don Henley, Mark Knopfler, Todd Rundgren, Joan Baez, Vince Gill, Jimmy Buffett, Kenny Chesney, Faith Hill, Patty Griffin, Buddy Miller, and Steve Earle, among many others. Jim's original music has been featured in several independent films as well as television shows such as "Sex in the City" and "Mind of a Married Man".

Jim's extraordinary instrumental palette includes diatonic, chromatic, and bass harmonica, jazz and bass clarinet, rock, pop, and jazz saxes and flutes, pedal steel guitar, Celtic pennywhistle, accordion, dobro, ukulele, and more.
